We build PMCT Global Hub as a modular monolith on a certified shared-services foundation. Each business module inherits the same identity, workflow, audit and reference engines — so capability can grow without fragmentation.
Phase 0 Foundation
The certified Phase 0 Foundation comprises the Authentication, Tenant & Entity Registry, Governance, Audit, Observability, Country, Reference, Master Control Codes, Event Spine, Workflow, Notifications, Communications and Entitlement shared services. Business modules will be delivered on this foundation in subsequent phases.
Roadmap
Following Foundation certification, PMCT Global Hub will deliver CRM, Professional Case Management, Service Catalogue and the wider business module set. Each module is governed, auditable and integrated through the shared platform spine.
